I was SHOCKED the first time I was exposed to “OUR” legal system being misused was when I was going through my divorce in Georgetown, Texas. I always grew up thinking that the “Justice System” was where everyone received fair, ethical, and, moral treatment. I served in Law Enforcement, had a glowing public reputation, and then to find myself cast into jail and prison, tortured without trials was a blow to my worldview and ego.
It was the spring of 1993. I had spent 6 straight years running for Congress and the Texas Senate. I was the Founder/Director of charitable organizations like, “servants of God, inc., I also served as the non-partisan “Christian Coalition Director” under President Reagan. The Judge, Timothy Maresh had been fair UNTIL my ex-wife’s attorney, Laurie Nowlin brought up these facts in our divorce court. Although they were irrelevant facts to our divorce case, Ms. Nowlin was trying hard to prejudice the staunch Democrat Judge Maresh against me. As soon as he heard I had run for Congress against his beloved Congressman Jake Pickle, he immediately called a recess. I am certain he went into his chambers and called Pickle’s office and said, “Guess who I have in my frying pan?!” Then he reconvened our case and began to steal my cash, assets, and house, making me homeless. The MOST PAINFUL thing this unethical, immoral, prejudiced judge did was to take away my children – despite the Court Appointed Psychologist’s glowing recommendations of how great a father I was. Judge Maresh kidnapped my children and subjected them to over 7 years of sexual assault and Satanic Ritual Abuse torture at the hands of their mother and her 3rd husband.
My divorce trial was during April of 1993 when the daily International news was mainly focused on the Waco, Texas Mount Carmel story about David Koresh and his loving church community being attacked by the hateful Clinton’s Administration. When the prejudiced Democrat Judge found out I had started and operated a ministry to Unite Believers in Divine LOVE from above to do loving things, he said I reminded him of “David Koresh!” Personally I think Koresh complicated the Son of LOVE from above’s message. I had paid about ten lawyers to help me with my case, but they just took my money and did not do anything to help my children. My poor children and I were caught in the jaws of a broken legal system that allows evil people to operate without repercussions.
I ended up representing myself and my children over 33 times, including the Texas Supreme Court. At the end of my journey with Judge Timothy Maresh of Georgetown, Texas. I told him I was going to publish a voter’s report card in his district, educating the voters who was the “Pro-Citizen” and who was the “Pro-Criminal” candidates in his race. He said he was going to make sure that every judge who handled my case in the future, wherever it was transferred, would hear my threat and respond accordingly. After that I was always stuck with “Hanging Judges,” judges who are not elected or responsible to the people, so they can do whatever they want without accountability. One of my attorneys would later tell me, “Matt, when you fight City Hall, City Hall is going to fight you back!”
I was filing some documents at the courthouse a couple of years later and was informed by the Officer there that Judge Maresh was no longer there. He said he was on his way to another judge’s funeral and was run over by an 18-wheeler truck and died. I did not have to do anything. God’s revenge is perfect.
I deeply believe in the “Rule of Constitutional Law.” However today the whole world has heard about President Trump’s experiences with a “Weaponize Legal System.” I can attest to the fact it has been going on a long time! Much of the world follows and looks up to America. They acquire our good and bad habits. For the sake of America and the rest of the world we need this Administration to fix these problems on the Local, State, and Federal levels.
My lovely former spouse was heavily influenced by some of my political enemies in my own party and radical feminists and they planted seeds of destruction in her mind and our marriage. They taught her how she could get free help in manipulating the legal system to file a bogus protective order, kick me out of my house, taking it and everything in it, and leave me homeless paying child support but she violated the Judge’s order to let me visit my children over 350 times, yet the courts would not hold her accountable.
My next lovely former spouse was from a third-world country. I wanted to share the “good life in America” with someone less fortunate who might be more appreciative and help change her and her family’s lives for the better. There are people from other cultures that have some superior belief systems than America, such as love of family, the values of simplicity, respect, and kindness. We can learn from each other. Like many other cultures in the world, my next wife came from a country that believed that having an older man as a partner is advantageous. They have more wisdom, experience, better character, knowledge from life experiences, etc.. And of course we all need money or resources in life – but money is not everything. In fact, the “love of money is the root of all evil.” My beloved former spouse was not money focused at the time we married but after coming to America she began to make the wrong choices, lose her valuable beliefs as she was polluted by the bad American values.
Naturally, I am an open book and told her everything about my previous marriage – and HOW my previous spouse had manipulated the legal system to get what she wanted. She took notes and when she had gotten her American citizenship, college education, and a good job, she decided to fulfill her lusts, and leave her children and husband for a younger man. I am 26 yrs. older than her and our marriage was ideal for both of us until America’s negative culture polluted her soul.
She also filed a bogus protective order written by the District Attorney’s Office for free. It was 5 years and 5 pages long and even stipulated that I could not even pet my dogs! One time we were leaving the Courthouse together after a hearing and I respectfully said goodbye to her and her new husband, they immediately went to a restaurant and called the police to say I had violated the gag order not to speak with them. The foolish detective who got the case issued a warrant for my arrest. I ended up getting stopped out of town, arrested for the warrant, could not make phone calls to get help, lost my car full of valuables, including $3,000 cash, hospitalized twice and almost dying once, I was stuck in jail for ONE YEAR before I could see a Judge, and then got a 3 year sentence. I could not make my house payments and the bank foreclosed on my house, making me homeless again.
The same spouse would earlier filed a police report against me when our oldest boy had a motorcycle accident. She was just as responsible for him having a motorcycle and I was not even present when the accident happened. I even told him repeatedly not to ride it, but being a rebellious teenager, he did anyway. Have you heard the saying about “The squeaky wheel gets greased.” Well she continued to harass the police for months to charge me for his wreck. Ultimately, the detective apologetically said he filed charges but added that he had already gone to the Judge and asked him for the lowest possible bond. Again I was tortured in jail, lost 40 pounds in about 30 days, psychologically, mentally and emotionally challenged and ended up being forced into a 3 yr. prison sentence. My defense attorney laughed and said the Courthouse called it “Jail house Therapy,” to get people to choose to plea bargain. THAT IS WEAPONIZED LAWFARE! 98% of cases are solved by plea bargain. It makes the District Attorney’s conviction rate look good, making them more electable. I think we can improve this antiquated system. What do you think?
So yes I have been targeted by evil, perhaps by ignorant people. I could go on and on, but not to bore you. I have nothing to hide. Suffice it to say we need to lovingly improve our legal system for the good of everyone. “Come let us reason together.” Let’s deal with the issues that affect the “good, bad, and ugly.”
I would love to get everyone together, lawyers, judges, Crime Victims, those who have been convicted, and get everyone’s input on what would be an “Ideal Legal and “JUSTICE” System” for everyone. The “Coalition For A Safer Society” has made historical changes that has benefited millions of people. It has a department for “Civil Justice For Crime Victims” that refers crime victims to attorneys that help them get “civil justice,” usually monetary rewards when criminal justice was denied for whatever reason.
